ATD safe doors
These vault doors are certified according to ČSN 1143-1 by an accredited certification body TREZOR TEST s.r.o. and are included in safety class “I”. The safe door corresponds to Government Order No. 338/2002 of 26 June 2002.
Doors can be made in both right and left-hand designs. The wheelbase mechanism is three-sided, the fourth side is rigid. Pins with a diameter of 20 mm are made of stainless steel. The locking mechanism is completed at the top and bottom with two passive irreversible locking elements, interconnected by a steel wire of 1.25 mm diameter. The wheelbase and locking elements are supported by a hardened plate with HRC hardness of 56 ± 2 mm. The interior of the door is filled with mineral wool ROCKWOOL with a thickness of 40 mm. Doors are hinged on two outer pivot hinges. The threshold clamp is made of a sheet of 4 mm thick. The RAL color shade used is hygienically safe

Fire resistance:
Interplate space is filled with fireproof material,
which is non-flammable according to DIN 4102 – class “A”
